High-THC autoflowering seeds.

Simple to grow, but strong. These feminized autoflowers are described as 25% THC or more. That figure is the best result a breeder measured, so read it as a direction: your light, your harvest moment and your cure decide the THC in your jar.

Filters we used, and why

  • Feminized: every seed grows into a female plant, the one that flowers, so you don't need to spot and remove males. Feminized or regular.
  • Autoflower: it flowers by age, not by daylight, so you never change the light schedule. Most stay compact. Autoflower or photoperiod.
  • THC high: 25% or more as stated. Our THC brackets.

Autoflowers have caught up

Early autoflowers were known as mild. They carried genetics from ruderalis, a hardy northern cannabis with little THC. Years of breeding with strong photoperiod strains have changed that: many autoflowers today are described with THC as high as the photoperiods they came from.

What high THC means here

We sort every stated figure into three brackets, so a seed described as "22-26%" and one described as "very high" can be compared fairly.

Bracket THC
Low Under 15%
Average 15 to 25%
High 25% or more

This page shows feminized autoflowers stated as high. A seed with no stated THC sits in the average bracket, so it isn't shown here. Our THC brackets.

Why the label is the best case

A THC figure is usually the top result of a lab test on the breeder's best plant. Your plant will often test lower, and that's normal. Why the advertised figure is high.

What decides the THC in your harvest

Factor What helps
Genetics Sets the ceiling: that's what this filter chooses
Light Strong, steady light through flowering
Plant health No stress early; an autoflower can't recover lost weeks
Harvest moment Not too early: wait until the trichomes turn milky
Drying and curing Slow drying, then weeks of curing in a closed jar

The last two are where many first harvests lose strength. Cut early and the plant hasn't finished making THC; dry it fast and some is lost. What decides your number.

Does a high-THC autoflower need more care?

Not more than any other autoflower, but mistakes cost more. A stressed plant gives a smaller harvest and often less THC, and an autoflower has no time to recover. Seeds marked easy forgive more, which is why a strong seed that's also easy can be the better first choice. Keep the light strong and steady through flowering, and resist the urge to harvest early.

Is high THC what you want?

High THC makes a stronger high, not necessarily a better one. If you're new to cannabis or prefer a clear head, a lot of THC can feel heavy or anxious. Alternatives:

Narrowing it down

  1. Yield: add high yield for strong and plenty.
  2. Difficulty: add easy for a first grow.
  3. Effect and taste: a direction, not a promise. See effect and taste.
  4. Price per seed: compare shops and pack sizes. Price per seed.

Good to know

Why the advertised figure is high. Filters like high, short, small and easy only show seeds where a breeder or shop states that figure. A seed with no figure sits in the middle bracket, so it isn't shown here even if it would fit. No figure? The middle bracket.
